Addison Grove Dental accepts all major PPO's and Medicaid

Please note, however, that not all dental procedures and costs may be covered by insurance. Any remaining balance not covered by the insurance provider becomes the responsibility of the patient. Please see the payment methods here for ways we work with you to pay co-pays and remaining balances.
